Responsibilities:
Verification of product compliance to workmanship standards, verify AOI reports are correct. Work with AOI Plus operator determining defect types and counts. Verification of documentation compliance to document control process/procedure Running PCB assemblies through wash in between board inspections. Clean and maintain AOI area, including operator maintenance. Capable of running XRAY analysis when necessary Fisnar masking & Solder pasting.
Requirements:
Has a High School Diploma or GED equivalent Must be a U.S. Citizen, ITAR controlled company Ability to read blueprints•
REQUIRED
Familiarity with first piece, in process, audit, final quality control inspection procedure Ability to use inspection gauge (calipers, rulers, microscope, etc.)
