• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Some flexibility in hours) We are currently seeking a
• Construction Materials Testing Technician
• to join our team. In this role, you will perform both internal and external inspections to ensure construction elements meet the necessary acceptance criteria outlined in various codes, standards, and documents.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Conduct thorough internal and external inspections to verify construction materials and elements comply with specific codes, regulations, and standards.

+ Interpret and apply relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards during daily tests and inspections. + Compile and submit detailed reports on inspection findings daily. + Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of testing and reporting.

• Qualifications:

• + Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report submission and collaboration with team members. + Strong understanding of construction materials and industry regulations (previous experience in construction or testing is a plus). + Ability to interpret and apply complex codes and standards.
