What You’ll Do:
Verification of product compliance to workmanship standards, verify AOI reports are correct. Work with AOI Plus operator determining defect types and counts. Verification of process compliance to procedures Verification of documentation compliance to document control process/procedure Communications of workmanship standard knowledge Assisting Manufacturing Manager with special projects Running PCB assemblies through wash in between board inspections. Clean and maintain AOI area, including operator maintenance. Capable of running XRAY analysis when necessary Fisnar masking & Solder pasting.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has a High School Diploma or GED equivalent Ability to read blueprints. Familiarity with first piece, in process, audit, final quality control inspection procedure Ability to use inspection gauge (calipers, rulers, microscope, etc.)
