Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our growing team. You will inspect product in the production assembly process through usage of an AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machine and processes.
Hours:
M-F 7a-330p
Assignment:
Temp-Hire
Pay:
$19/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Verification of product compliance to workmanship standards, verify AOI reports are correctWork with AOI Plus Operator/Lead to determine defects types and counts Capable of running X-ray analysis when necessary Verification of process compliance to established procedures Verification of documentation compliance to document control process/procedure Running PCB assemblies through wash in between board inspectionsClean and maintain AOI area, including operator maintenanceFisnar masking & Solder pasting machine operation
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED EquivalentAbility to read schematics a plus Familiarity with first piece, in process, audit, final quality control inspection procedure a plus Ability to use inspection gauge (calipers, rulers, microscope, etc) Knowledge of IPC610, IPC600, IPC770, IPC700, IPC7711, IPC7721Ability to bend/twist/reach Ability to stand 4+ hours Apply Now & Let’s Chat!
