It conducts various complexverification tasks to support all products, ensuring compliance withbank policies and regulations, as well as the completeness of documentsand account modifications. Quality Assurance is a vital part of theBanks Compliance Team.
The Quality Assurance Loan Specialist I must have general bankingknowledge and be detail orientated. Knowledge of lending regulations,compliance and/or secondary market eligible loans is a plus but notrequired.

- ):•Performs verification of changes and additions made to all loan accounts•Review High Dollar and Two Signatures checks daily•Consumer Loans Review•Loan Modifications Review•HELOC Review•Rate Change Reviews•Ensures document retention standards are met by indexing documentation to Synergy•Works closely with branches and departments to resolve questions and/or issuesProvide back up to other Quality Assurance Specialists and records asneeded Comprehend and adhere to federal banking regulations inaccordance with Bar Harbor Bank & Trusts policies and procedures.

Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum of a high school degree or the equivalent
- General knowledge of Bank products and services
- Understanding of cross-departmental functions
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated aptitude and desire for customer service

- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and acclimate quickly to changing priorities; multi-tasking
