Job Summary:

The Piece Inspector is a quality control professional responsible for the precise examination of individual items or components to ensure they meet defined quality standards. This role is essential in manufacturing and other precision-based industries to detect and prevent defects before products advance to the next stage or are shipped.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts to identify surface defects and confirm they meet specifications. Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers , or coordinate measuring tools to verify accuracy. Approve initial production parts to ensure machines are correctly set up and operating within tolerances. Ensure that inspected items meet all quality criteria before approval for further processing or shipment.

Requirements:

Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Strong attention to detail and ability to detect even minor flaws. Good eyesight , with the ability to work with small parts. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive inspection tasks efficiently. Women are strongly encouraged to apply @
