Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for inspecting and reporting on specific aspects of construction works in progress, such as concrete pours, rebar placement, drainage pipe placement, etc. May also be responsible for inspections and sampling of construction material as they arrive on site. Assists geotechnical engineers in the field during soil and materials investigations. Qualifications Candidate should meet the following requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma or the equivalent. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Must have reliable transportation. Valid drivers license and current drivers insurance. Must be available for overtime and weekend work as needed. Must be able to work independently. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Qualifications:
Successful Candidates should also have some of the following or similar certifications ICC Certifications Soil, Reinforced Concrete, reinforced masonry ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1 ACI Concrete Construction Special Inspector NiCET certifications relevant to construction material testing/
