Conduct routine quality inspections throughout production, including in-process and final inspections. Use a variety of precision measuring tools to ensure that products follow specifications. What You Will Do:
Responsibilities Participate in facility efforts to implement and achieve Quality Management System (QMS) policy and goals. Facilitate the application of QMS software platforms at location. Aid training hourly and salary employees about the QMS. Maintain and calibrate capital equipment and other measurement devices. Conduct routine quality inspections throughout the production or manufacturing process, including in-process and final inspections. Maintain documentation of all inspections and potential issues Conduct MiTek assembly inspections with I-Auditor or other formats, and thorough independent final inspection of finished assemblies to defined procedures, formally reporting, and communicating all defects. Responsible for checking and filing correct inspection records. Supply technical support in the areas of machine work operation sub-inspection, and production line Quality support activities. Qualifications High School/GED required 2+ Years of related quality manufacturing experience. required Manufacturing or machine shop specific experience. Able to use
