Non-Exempt Position Summary:
This role includes testing products on the assembly line to ensure that they meet quality and engineering standards.
Essential Job Duties:
Ability to verify correct specifications, certifications, and packing requirements have been met. Record discrepancies and separate good from defective parts. Assume responsibility that completed product has met all requirements. Ability to implement SPC. Proper identification on product. Inspect for proper packaging. Record data for trending analysis. Report major failures as they happen. Assist in other areas, or tasks, to meet production needs.
Required Education:
High School Diploma/GED Desired Experience:
6-9 months of experience in Quality Assurance. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and experience in inspection a plus.
