The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Can demonstrate safe work practices.
• Can read, understand and articulate the master / B.O.M. documents and their requirements.
• Perform the monitoring of the statistical process control (SPC) software suite gain seeker.
• Perform and document quality line checks every two hours.
• Perform and document 1st article testing.
• Perform changeover verification checks and control line lock / unlock procedure.
• Perform finished good checks multiple times a shift.
• Perform start and end of shift quality checks.
• Perform the product retain samples process.
• Follow the nonconforming escalation process when needed.
• Perform verification challenge tests of automated detection equipment.
• Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Profile
• High school diploma or GED Required Skills
• Self-motivated. (Can work unsupervised)
• Dependable. (Can be expected to be on time and ready to work.)
• Strong ethics (Will do the right thing when nobody is watching.)
• Can perform basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, percentages.)
• Average computer skills (Can navigate touch pads and basic computers programs.)
• Can follow written instructions. (follow inspection SOPs and work instructions)
• Average writing skills. (can add legible notes to inspection documents)
• Average communication skills. (Can explain and communicate ideas effectively.)
• Can work with others to a common goal.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50lbs frequently.
• Can stand and move about for extending amounts of time.
