Seeking New Grads! ~Quality Lab Technician~ Job Description The quality technician is responsible for testing ingredients to ensure they are in spec and safe to consume. The primary duties of the technician will include laboratory testing, swabbing, and quality documentation. Responsibilities Conduct laboratory tests such as water activity, protein swabs, pH, and viscosity. Perform environmental swabbing to test for allergens, molds, and other environmental hazards. Ensure that sanitation, batch records, and product release records are properly filled out and filed. Essential Skills
REQUIRED
Bachelor in Science or related degree.
Preferred:
Experience working within a GMP environment. Work Environment The work environment involves spending half of the shift in the lab testing products and the other half retrieving samples and performing line checks. .
