Quality Inspector/Sorter Image Industries 1515 Desoto Ave, Clarksdale, MS 38614 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to utilize various precision measuring instruments and inspection systems. The Quality Assurance Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining product integrity and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of in-process components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Utilize vision inspection systems and coordinate measuring machines to assess product specifications. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities. Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions. Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Continuously monitor production processes for compliance with established quality standards. Skills Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Experience with vision inspection systems for automated quality checks Ability to analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
