Our Team:
- The Item Specialist is a multi-discipline role which can flex from a production function to a quality support function. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with changing priorities, working within evolving processes, and contributing to their improvement. Attention to detail, a cooperative nature, and a flexible mindset are key behaviors for this position.
- You’ll be
DISRUPTIVE
through these duties and responsibilities:
- + Testing and repackaging of products + Operate basic quality measurement equipment + Data logging and sample collection for production or quality purposes + Maintain quality alert list + Collection, verification, and shipment of quality samples + Auditing of dispositions and internal processes + Reporting out on findings and following up with corrective actions + Utilize warehouse management software and scanners to move, receive, and verify inventory.
+ Works closely with our quality team when non-conforming material is discovered in the DC + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives + Team player, committed to cross functional collaboration + Additional responsibilities as requested

- The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
- + Requires a High School Diploma/GED Equivalent + Basic knowledge of WMS systems + Proven ability to use problem solving techniques to troubleshoot issues + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Experience with Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel) + Ability to perform work per instructions in a timely manner and with limited supervision + Able to react to change effectively, handle other tasks and shifts as assigned + Computer experience required •
