Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Respond to any outside quality alerts with investigation and root cause analysis. Address all customer quality complaints. Work with internal manufacturing plants and suppliers to address and investigate any quality issues. Work with customer service to make sure all quality issues are correctly documented and investigated. Coordinate internal resources to properly investigate quality issues. Enact quality holds or returns as needed. Inspect material for quality issues
For This Role, You Will Need:
High School diploma or equivalent experience 1 year of quality experience or equivalent experience Communication Skills Detailed oriented with ability to follow specific instructions Basic computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Outlook Ability to read and follow processes and policies Ability to read technical drawings and compare against material Problem solving and analytical skills Lift max of 35 lbs; tools available to assist with lifting and moving heavier items Able to stand for up to 8 hours per dayPreferred Qualifications that
