Job Description

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Quality Analyst to join their team. As a Quality Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What’s the Job?
  • + Review pertinent documents, records, and reports for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

+ Identify areas of nonconformance and draft Nonconforming Material (NCM) reports as needed. + Perform initial investigative actions on Nonconformance reports, applying established techniques and procedures. + Collect data for metrics related to documentation review and prepare reports as defined by the area. + Revise or review standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • What’s Needed?
  • + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.

+ 2-5 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, ideally in medical devices or pharmaceuticals. + Proficiency in reviewing batch records and manufacturing documentation. + Strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Ability to collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics using Microsoft Excel and Word.
