Job Description

  • We are immediately hiring for a Quality Team Leader.
  • Position Description:
  • The role of this position is to lead and coordinate quality activities of workers in the production areas and other related duties concerning the quality of company products.
  • Essential Functions:
  • Work with Diversity-Vuteq management and staff to meet our customer’s needs and delivery schedules.

Will be responsible for the workflow from the Team Members assigned to his/her team.

Verify that the Team Members are working safely and according to established quality standards.

Ensure that established work standards are being followed, and work quantity and quality standards are being consistently met.

Audit condition of equipment in his/her area of responsibility and report any problems or safety concerns to Diversity-Vuteq management.

Ensure that backup tools or equipment is ready, and repairs are made in a timely fashion.

May be required to fill in for vacations, personal time, absenteeism, or tardiness.

  • Review training records for team members and update accordingly as needed. Maintain proficiency in all aspects of the teams’ processes and procedures. Maintain record keeping as required.
  • Communicate any production delays or problems immediately to the staff or management
  • Facilitate communication between Diversity-Vuteq management and team members.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in quality audits and quality control processes
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality management systems
  • Familiarity with
ISO 13485, FDA

regulations, HACCP, and CGMP standards

  • Proficient in quality inspection techniques and methodologies
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a quality team effectively
