The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves utilizing various measurement and inspection tools to perform quality control checks, analyze results, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and vision inspection systems. Analyze data from inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement. Operate and maintain coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure precise measurements of components. Fabricate test samples as needed for quality assurance processes. Document inspection results accurately and maintain records in compliance with

ISO 13485

standards. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in internal audits and assist in maintaining compliance with CGMP regulations. Continuously improve quality control processes to enhance product reliability and performance. Qualifications Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within an automotive manufacturing environment. Experience using SAP, and knowledge of SPC Proficient in using measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Experience in operating test and teardown equipment (test strands, measuring devices, lathe, etc). Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
