Quality Assurance Inspector:

Conduct thorough inspections and quality control tests at various production stages. Meticulously record and maintain inspection data. Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming products. Assist in problem investigations and root cause analysis. Contribute to productivity improvement and cost reduction plans. Train employees on quality principles and activities. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Become proficient in the mixing, coating, and ink supply systems to troubleshoot process problems.

Work Experience What You’ll Need:

High school diploma/equivalent (Associate’s preferred) Must have Quality Control experience in manufacturing Chemical mixing/blending experience a plus Strong math & analytical skills Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask & prioritize Proficiency with test equipment (micrometers, microscope, etc.) & intermediate Excel skills Ability to work with solvents & wear respiratory PPE Good vision for defect inspection We don’t hire temps, we hire
