What we are looking for:
We are seeking detail-oriented, tech-savvy Property Inspectors to support our hospitality operations in the Lake Norman market. Ideal candidates will be dependable, have their own transportation, and be available throughout the busy summer season (June 1st through mid-September). This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in ensuring spaces are guest-ready, enjoys working independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in helping us deliver elevated guest experiences.
- Conduct thorough home inspections before guest check-in to ensure quality standards are met.
- Confirm homes are clean, staged, and fully stocked with required amenities.
- Identify and document any damages, maintenance issues, or missing inventory.
- Use mobile apps to upload inspection reports and photos.
- Coordinate with local operations and housekeeping teams to resolve on-site issues
- Occasionally assist with small item deliveries (e.g., linens, propane tanks, or toiletries). What you’ll bring:
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Comfort using mobile technology and apps for reporting and communication
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Weekend availability is required to support guest turnover and peak demand.
- Availability from June 1st through mid-September.
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or housekeeping is a plus, but not required
