Job Description Role Summary Ensuring the quality of internal parts through carrying out product related tests, recording results and acting in case of nonconformities found. Main Tasks Monitoring products/processes based on the specification documents (control plan, test instructions, work plans, etc.) Recording inspection results in accordance with the control plan. Identifying nonconformities and trends based on the records. Quarantining non-conforming and suspicious components and products, initiating and/or monitoring corrective measurese departments. Organize scrapping or returning of suspicious or non-conforming components. Train production employees with regard to quality inspection techniques and boundary sample catalogues. Active participation in the Line RPS and RPS/8D process as a team member. Assure together with the production team, the correct implementation of the engineering changes in production (documentation, identification, information). Perform product audits as requested and record the results according to the requirements. Support of measuring and testing in case of PPAP submission Has the authority and the responsibility to stop any process or product delivery in case of a non-conformance of customer expectations, safety or environmental risks, etc. Your Profile We offer Are you full of ideas?
