The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, and the ability to conduct thorough quality audits. The Quality Assurance Technician will utilize various tools and techniques, including micrometers and vision inspection systems. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform quality audits and document findings to identify areas for improvement. Utilize micrometers and vision inspection systems for precise measurements and evaluations. Analyze data from inspections and tests to determine product quality levels. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and compliance reports. Assist in the development and implementation of quality management procedures. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to QA/QC. Requirements Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers. Familiarity with vision inspection systems is preferred. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
