Full Job Description Summary:

Employee is responsible for routine online inspections and conducts testing of all products to ensure that customer specifications are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Look up of the specifications in the ISO manual before starting an order. Interpret the work order for any special instructions. Analyze product specifications to ensure product consistency with the standard specifications set by the company or the customer. Personally make inspections of resin hookups and quality checks at the start of each day and after changeovers. Make inspections of start samples and roll samples at the start and end of each set of rolls. Make data entries for roll inspections. Assist in cutting cores for each machine. Responsible for the cleaning of equipment and areas in the workplace. Assist the Machine Operators with packaging rolls according to specifications. About
