Quality Technician 3rd Shift Thomson Plastics, Inc. – 3.1 Lexington, NC Job Details Full-time From $17 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Quality assurance Quality control 1 year Manufacturing Entry level Full Job Description Perform line audits on parts per the directions listed on part specific Quick Inspect Records during production, including but not limited to the following:  Visual inspections  Measuring required dimensions (diameters, lengths, widths, etc.)  Performing flex, breakage, and flatness test as required  Perform specialized tests as required.  Complete Quality Technician Sections of the line clearance/startup process as required.  Reject product that does not meet customer’s requirements utilizing the MRB module in IQMS.  Complete all requirements as outlined in the Labeling Associate Job Description (HR-REF-L-500)  Immediately notify the Quality Engineer and/or the Quality Manager of any quality problems or Shift Supervisor if the Quality Engineer and/or Quality Manager is unavailable.  Have flexibility to perform other tasks as required by the Quality Manager and/or the Quality Engineer.  Ensure the Quality Management System requirements are met.  Perform Layered Audits as scheduled.
