Quality Assurance Technician Status:
Non-Exempt Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and implementation of the quality system of the company. Along with day-to-day assistance in release of product. Duties and responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, internal working relationships across both North and South restor3d facilities Understand the objectives, responsibilities, and mission of the Engineering department and work towards those goals Prioritize and plan work activities; adapt for changing conditions Administer the company’s document/record management system Filing of physical and electronic records Verification and monitoring or identification and traceability Audit and review product records Review of Device History Records Review of Lot History Records Verification of Custom Product documentation completion for release Support of Quality Plan program Manage training program and ensure compliance of all employees Assist with Process Control monitoring Inspection of inbound materials and supplies: Verification of packing slips against delivered goods Confirmation of material adherence to engineering specifications Release to inventory Support calibration program Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications and experience High School Diploma is required. An Associate’s Degree is preferred. 2+ years in a Quality Role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work accurately in a fast-paced, hectic, ever-changing environment with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to monitor your own work to ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills Able to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team Strong computer skills Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro Ability to move/edit/save/copy documents, including using tracked changes in MS Word and creating pdf using Adobe Pro Ability to navigate the document folders on a computer
