Job Description:
Examine raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for defects, inconsistencies, or deviations using various inspection tools and techniques. Record inspection results, document non-conforming products, and maintain quality records to identify trends. Prepare reports on findings, conduct data analysis, and propose corrective actions. Observe production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, identify improvement areas, and suggest adjustments. Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. Participate in investigations to determine the root cause of quality issues and develop preventative measures. Provide training to production personnel on quality procedures and communicate concerns to stakeholders.
