Responsibilities This opportunity is for a part-time Administrative Coordinator for Quality Assurance and Process Improvement. At Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services, we are helping to create brighter, healthier futures for our patients and their families. We are the Piedmont Triad’s only private psychiatric hospital meeting the chemical dependency illnesses and behavioral healthcare needs of those in our community. Our 164-bed inpatient services for adolescents through senior adulthood offers comprehensive and individual assessments, psychiatric evaluation and medication stabilization, daily group therapy and personalized aftercare planning. We also offer a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program to ensure the continuum of care for our patients. Old Vineyard is accredited by The Joint Commission and certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Quality Assurance & Process Improvement to join our talented and caring team. What does the Administrative Coordinator do at Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services? Supporting the Quality and Process Improvement functions, the Administrative Coordinator performs a variety of tasks to assist in ensuring regulatory standards are met. Tasks include performing quality audits, maintaining accurate records of quality audit results, data entry of quality measures, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.

Experience:

One (1) year experience in healthcare administrative role, preferably dealing with quality and/or process improvement.

Demonstrated basic understanding of medical terminology. General knowledge of healthcare quality management standards and systems. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, integrity and diplomacy. Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database systems.
