The Production employee is responsible for ensuring the cakes and other bakery items and mixed and baked according to instruction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Scale, mix, bake, ice, and cut cake and other items according to recipe and instructions Keeps work area tidy, clean, and organized during and at the end of the shift Puts consumer safety first by maintaining and reinforcing a strong food safety culture.
