Quality Control Technician Icons America 1055 Gastonia Technology Parkway, Dallas, NC 28034 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies, contributing to the overall quality assurance efforts within the organization. Duties Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, to assess product specifications. Utilize vision inspection systems to evaluate products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review. Ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
standards and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) throughout the testing process. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in product quality and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain thorough knowledge of FDA regulations relevant to product testing and quality assurance practices. Participate in internal audits and inspections to uphold quality assurance protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in a quality control or laboratory setting is preferred. Familiarity with QA/QC processes and methodologies is essential. Strong understanding of

standards and CGMP regulations. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers. Experience with vision inspection systems is a plus.
