Shift:

2nd Mon-Thurs 5:00pm-3:30am

Responsibilities:

Monitor and collect quality data on all products to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and food safety requirements. Perform laboratory testing using established methods. Conduct quality line checks to verify formulas, packaging, and production codes.. Manage non-conforming products by isolating and documenting deviations. Utilize ERP system for inventory control Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing preferred. Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexibility with work schedule may be required. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
