Quality Control Technician / Porter Sellers Automotive 2915 Tramway Road, Sanford, NC 27332 Job description: Are you looking to grow in the Automotive Industry? Would you like opportunities to move up and learn from the best in the business? Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our dynamic team. As a QC Technician , you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quality control inspections and mini-cleans vehicles. You will work with experienced technicians and gain hands-on experience in various automotive systems. Duties Perform routine quality control inspections on vehicles. Utilize power tools and hand tools to carry out repairs and adjustments as needed. Assist in basic automotive issues through basic automotive diagnostics. Clean and maintain the facility which will include mopping and taking out the trash. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations. Collaborate with senior technicians to learn best practices in vehicle repair and maintenance. Support heavy lifting tasks as required during vehicle servicing. Perform Quality Control process on completed vehicles. Preform Mini-Clean on customer vehicles. Shuttle customers and pick up parts. Experience Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and basic automotive diagnostics is beneficial. Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients effectively. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role. Previous experience as a service technician is advantageous but not required, however basic mechanical knowledge is a must.
