Location:

Charlotte, NC Temp-to-Hire Quality Control Technician II We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician II to perform analytical testing of raw materials and production batches in a regulated lab environment. This role is essential to ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and document quality control tests using established SOPs and analytical instruments (HPLC, pH meters, viscometers, UV-Vis). Analyze results, report deviations, and participate in root cause investigations. Test and release raw materials; place non-conforming materials on hold and communicate findings. Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure accurate records. Support ISO/GMP compliance, lab safety protocols, and internal audits. Manage lab inventory, maintain product retains, and ensure cleanliness and organization. Provide shift coverage and assist with training and lab improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field required. 3+ years of QC or analytical lab experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in lab techniques, instrumentation, data analysis, and documentation. Familiarity with
