The successful candidate will review and monitor benefit plans, documentation, and customer interactions to maintain quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Review and verify benefit plan documents and claims. Monitor customer service interactions for quality and compliance. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Collaborate with teams to implement quality standards. Maintain accurate records of quality checks and feedback.
Qualifications:
