The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements and will assist the Quality Manager with quality audits and documentation. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality products. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments and various quality inspection techniques to assess product quality. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of data collection for quality assurance purposes. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure adherence to any and all regulations, Company Principles, and other relevant quality systems. Assist in the maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS), quality control procedures and protocols. Participate in internal audits and support external audits as required. Requirements Knowledge of Cables, Circuit boards, and Electronics assemblies is a major plus. Should be familiar with using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems. Proven experience in quality inspection or a related field, with a strong understanding of QA/QC processes. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and similar quality management systems is preferred. Knowledge of industry best practices in quality assurance. Familiarity in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is a big plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
