You will be responsible for examining cleans, staging, and checking for any broken items or maintenance needed to guarantee quality standards for guest check ins. You will travel to units that have just been cleaned to inspect behind a cleaner. You will submit you inspection report daily to the Property Manager and discuss anything needing attention.
