We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Technician to join our team on 3rd shift. This role will focus on weld analysis and quality assurance to ensure our high standards of production are consistently met. You will replace the current 3rd shift weld analysis personnel and work closely with both our Quality and Production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform weld inspections using scopes and other visual inspection tools. Conduct accurate and timely Gage Calibration checks. Monitor and document weld quality data for reporting and analysis. Identify and communicate non-conformances or process concerns. Work with weld machinery and related tools to understand root causes of defects. Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures . Maintain detailed and organized records of inspections and findings.
Training Period:
Day Shift Training:
6:00 AM•2:00 PM , approximately 2-3 weeks. Transition to 3rd Shift following successful completion of training.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Solid math skills for measurements and data analysis. Experience with or willingness to learn Gage Calibration . Familiarity with weld machinery and inspection scopes. Prior experience in quality control or weld analysis is a plus, but we will train the right candidate .
