The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, FDA regulations, and
ISO 9001
standards. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing tests, and maintaining documentation to ensure product integrity throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other precision measurement tools to assess product dimensions and tolerances. Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and CGMP guidelines. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes. Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and report findings to management. Assist in the development and execution of quality assurance protocols and procedures. Participate in internal audits and support external audits as needed. Provide training to staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Experience Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP requirements is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques, including the ability to fabricate test samples as needed. Experience with
ISO 9001
standards and implementation is a plus. Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
