Summary:

The role will support the inspection, sampling, and testing of rawmaterials that are received at the Client North Carolina (ANC)site. This role will ensure that raw materials received for use inour cGMP manufacturing plants meet all specification requirementsand master inspections characteristics required for use in ourmanufacturing process. This role will also demonstrate leadershipskills in support of scheduling, coordination, and staff training.

Responsibilities:

Inspect materials including biobags, tubing, filters, and othercomponents to ensure all inspection-related specificationrequirements and master inspections characteristics are met Remove samples from containers of media and other chemicals tofacilitate the testing of samples Use RAMAN technology with TruScan equipment to identifychemicals Ensure that inspection & sampling results are complete and detailedaccording to written procedures and cGMP requirements Responsible for accurately documenting inspection, sample, and testresults in Client’s systems Responsible for ensuring that characteristics that couldpotentially impact product quality are assessed according toprocedures Ability to determine the color of components match requiredattributes Support inspection readiness activities Supports Continual Improvement initiatives, programs andprojects Assist area management with prioritization and scheduling oftasks Serve as a trainer in tasks associated with raw materialinspections, samples, and testing Own controlled documents for the area including SOPs and FORMs Initiate and own deviation records and CAPAs associated with eventsand projects in ANC’s raw material inspections, samples, andtesting areas Provide QA oversight to Warehouse and ensure they are adhering toGMP regulations. Must Have Skill Sets:

Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and GDP requirements andexperience with SAP, LIMS and Track wise Experience with RAMAN technology, TruScan, and drafting andcreating an SOP. Experience in raw material inspections, sampling, and testing A minimum of 1+ years of relevant working experience required

Basic Qualifications:

High school/GED + 2 years’ work experience or associate’s degreeand 6 months’ work experience or bachelor’s degree

is:

$25.00 – $27.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the basepay set forth above, are determined by factors including yourrelevant skills, education and experience and the benefits packageyou select.
