We’re seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. This role involves inspecting, sampling, and testing raw materials at our client’s location in Holly Springs, NC. The successful candidate will ensure that all materials meet the required specifications for our manufacturing process. This role also offers opportunities for career advancement and quality learning through additional responsibilities and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect materials such as biobags, tubing, filters, and other components to ensure they meet all inspection-related specifications.
Extract samples from containers of medias and other chemicals for testing.
Utilize RAMAN technology with TruScan equipment for chemical identification.
Document inspection, sample, and test results accurately in our client’s systems.
Assess potential impact on product quality according to procedures.
Support inspection readiness activities and continual improvement initiatives.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and GDP requirements
Experience with SAP, LIMS, and Trackwise
Proficiency in using RAMAN technology and TruScan
Experience in drafting and creating SOPs
Proven experience in raw material inspections, sampling, and testing
Minimum of 1+ years of relevant working experience.
