QMS Specialist/Associate Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Quality Specialist Job Description The position of Quality Specialist is responsible for providing support for R D Quality activities that support the company’s Quality Management Systems (QMS). This position is responsible for providing support to all functional areas within R D including completion of quality activities such as training, vendor qualification, and audit support. Activities include, but are not limited to, procedural document management, vendor qualification, audit/inspection support, and training compliance activities to assure QMS alignment and compliance. This position works with minimal supervision and requires a high degree of interaction with other company employees to resolve more complex issues requiring evaluation of identifiable factors. Standard operating procedures provide guidance in performing the activities. Responsibilities + Provide support for R D Quality activities to ensure alignment with the company’s Quality Management Systems (QMS). + Support all functional areas within R D including training, vendor qualification, and audit support. + Manage procedural documents and ensure compliance with QMS. + Conduct vendor qualification and support audit/inspection activities. + Ensure training compliance activities are conducted to maintain QMS alignment. + Collaborate with other company employees to resolve complex issues. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1-3 years of experience in a GMP environment + Exposure to QA with a focus on QMS Work Environment This is a fully remote position, with the home location being in Raleigh, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
