Quality Control Inspector Microcatheter Components, LLC Jaffrey, NH 03452 Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves utilizing precision measuring instruments, and implementing quality management practices to maintain compliance with CGMP and
ISO 13485
regulations. Duties Utilize QA/QC methodologies to evaluate processes and products throughout the manufacturing cycle. Operate precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and coordinate measuring machines, to verify product dimensions. Perform inspections using vision inspection systems to detect defects or inconsistencies in products. Collaborate with production teams to fabricate components that meet quality benchmarks. Document findings and report any non-conformities or areas for improvement to management. Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems to enhance operational efficiency. Experience Proven experience in quality control or assurance roles within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with CGMP regulations and quality management practices is highly desirable. Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines. Experience with vision inspection systems and conducting quality audits is a plus. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential for identifying defects and ensuring product integrity.
