Requirements/Responsibilities :

Operating AOI Machines:

Setting up and configuring AOI equipment Running inspections on electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs)

Quality Control:

Identifying defects, such as missing components, incorrect placements, and solder issues Ensuring products meet quality standards Analyzing inspection data

Equipment Maintenance:

Performing routine maintenance and calibration of AOI machines Troubleshooting technical problems

Record Keeping:

Generating reports and maintaining detailed records of inspection results

Key Skills and Qualifications :

Attention to detail Technical aptitude Knowledge of electronics and manufacturing processes Ability to operate and troubleshoot AOI equipment Computer skills Quality control knowledge
