Responsibilities:

Perform precise measurements using metrology tools and equipment. Conduct measurements on products and contamination. Calibrate, maintain, and repair metrology equipment and tools. Document and report all measurement, calibration, and test results. Identify and solve any problems that may affect the accuracy of measurements. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify measurement requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain calibration processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures. Work as part of a team of Metrology Technicians to provide accurate results to the engineering team. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the measurement process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Metrology Technician or similar role. Associate degree in Metrology, Engineering, or a relevant field; certification in metrology is a plus. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Understanding of technical prints. Prior experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine). Knowledge of metrology principles and measurement tools. Experience with calibration procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. Strong communication skills to collaborate with engineering teams. Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
