Quality Control Inspector Balance Staffing 140 Abby Rd # 1340, Manchester, NH 03103 We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Quality Control Inspector to join our team As a Quality Control Inspector, you’ll be responsible for inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), components, and finished products, using precision instruments and quality control systems. You will support internal audits, participate in First Article Inspections, and help drive continuous improvement in product quality and compliance.

1st shift 6:00 – 2:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect PCBA, assemblies, and RMA units using customer specifications, IPC-A-610 guidelines, and internal process instructions. Conduct in-process, incoming, and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, rulers, and gauges. Accurately document inspection results and complete transactions in Oracle and SFDC systems. Generate Certificates of Compliance (C of C) as needed for outgoing shipments. Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and ensure timely resolutions. Participate in First Article Inspections (FAI), Engineering Change Order (ECO) verifications, and daily hotlist reviews. Ensure Temporary Deviations (TD) and Rework Instructions are correctly implemented. Assist with internal audits, documentation updates, and other quality functions as needed.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role in manufacturing or lab environments Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Familiarity with
IPC-A-610
; certification is a plus Experience with Oracle, Agile, or similar ERP systems is preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, prints, and datasheets Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in team settings
