PM Job Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with CNC manufacturing experience to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for inspecting machined components, ensuring all parts meet internal and customer quality specifications using a variety of precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of machined components Use precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, and CMMs Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications, including GD&T Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of measurements and quality reports Identify non-conforming parts, report issues, and assist in root cause investigations Work closely with machine operators and engineers to ensure product conformance and process improvements Support calibration of inspection equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading Proficient in using a wide range of precision measurement tools Familiar with CMM operation and/or programming (preferred but not required) Ability to read and interpret technical specifications Comfortable working independently and within a team Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience inspecting tight-tolerance parts in aerospace, medical, or defense industries Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality standards Experience supporting continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives Ability to communicate effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams If you are interested in this position, please apply with an updated resume!
Pay Details:
