Sandblaster R H Murphy Co Amherst, NH 03031 We are a small, family-owned business in Amherst, NH that has specialized in designing and manufacturing custom plastic products for customers around the world since 1984. We seek to hire a new team member to perform sand blasting of plastic products in our CNC machine shop. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and work well with all members of our team. The position requires an individual to be detail-oriented while maintaining a sense of urgency. Each of our team members serve a vital role in the overall success of the company. For this reason, candidates must be able to arrive at work on-time reliably with limited absences. A full time position may be offered to the right candidate. Sandblasting, cleaning and deburring plastic parts Standing at a sandblaster for extended periods Visual inspection to confirm Quality Assurance Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Follow established procedures as well as quality and safety standards Maintain a safe work environment Pulling and stocking inventory – lift items of 50lbs or more, moving heavy freight with pallet jack Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn Work well with others and enjoy working independently Effective communication and interpersonal skills Motivated with a willingness to learn Team player who works in cooperation with others US Citizenship, proficient English speaking, reading, and writing Have a HS Degree or GED Have a valid driver’s license Have good eyesight, manual dexterity, and work habits that demonstrate efficiency, quality, and speed Monday to Friday – Flexible day shift
