in recruiting for CMMOperator/QC Inspector jobs in Portsmouth and Exeter, NH. These aretemporary to hire and direct hire work opportunities. The CMMOperators/QC Inspectors will be responsible for working withoperators, setup personnel, and programmers to help define andresolve quality issues.

- Prior inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong familiarity with precision measurement
- Perform visual and mechanical inspection of complex parts
- Knowledge of Zeiss CMM
- Read and understand part drawings, process sheets, and allGeometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Able to use various types of measuring equipment including CMMs,Optical Comparators, Vision Systems, etc.
- Ensure in-process quality meets the specification and requirementstipulated in the work instructions or control plans
- Generate inspection reports
- Analyze CMM data and provide analysis for high volumeproduction
- Perform, assess, and debug gauge repeatability andreproducibility
- Perform first piece inspections and/or first run for productionprocess proofing Pay rates and shift hours for Portsmouth are: 1st shift: $18 to $21/hr and working 7 am to 3:30 pm, Mondaythrough Friday 2nd shift: add 10% differential to base pay rate and working 3:30pm to 12 am, Monday through Friday.
3rd shift: add 15% differential to base pay rate and working 11 pmto 7:30 am, Monday through Friday. Pay rates and shift hours for Exeter are: 1st shift: $18 to $21/hr and working 5 am to 3:30 pm, Mondaythrough Thursday 2nd shift: add 10% differential to base pay rate and working 3:30pm to 2 am, Monday through Thursday.
