Masis Staffing is seeking candidates for a Quality Inspector opportunity in Rochester,NH. This is a 2nd shift position with hours from 3:00PM -11PM.

Responsibilities of Quality Inspector:

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and products using precision measuring tools. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to verify product compliance. Conduct first article inspections (FAI) and document findings per industry standards. Utilize micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Identify, document, and report non-conformances and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives. Maintain accurate inspection records and generate quality reports as required. Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and participating in process reviews. Follow all safety and environmental procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Knowledge and Experience of Quality Inspector:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics or composites. Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and instruments. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems is a plus. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements of Quality Inspector :

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed using proper lift techniques and utilizing available tools. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components.

Compensation of Quality Inspector:
