Job Description

Quality Technician CoWorx Staffing Services Rochester, NH 03868 CoWorx Staffing Services seeks Quality Technicians for a busy manufacturer in Rochester NH . There are 2nd and 3rd shifts available, paying between $21-26 p/h . The Quality Technician is a hands-on role based on the production floor, focused on inspecting composite and aircraft parts to ensure they meet safety, regulatory, and customer standards. This position supports in-process and final inspections, utilizes measurement tools, and maintains precise documentation. It plays a vital part in upholding quality and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities In this position, you will put safety first at all times, never compromise on safety for the obtainment of other objectives. You will be responsible for health and safety of themselves and coworkers. You will conduct in-process and final visual inspections of composite aerospace parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Identify and document nonconformances using precision measurement tools and visual inspection criteria. Dimensional measurements using calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc. Document inspection results by written reports & electronic data entry into database or SAP. Some level of analytical ability to assess and implemented quality engineering decisions. Support and engage in Quality System. Expect that you will continuously improve job knowledge through training and individual work. Experience/Education/Skills Require Competencies High School or GED Equivalent Required. Good mechanical aptitude and use of basic hand and power tools. Basic math skills. Attention to detail. Ability to understand and follow training materials, technical drawings, and work instructions. Proper use of safety and personal protective equipment. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, SAP) Positive outlook and commitment to the Quality function as a service to all customers and an absolute commitment to Aircraft Safety.

Relevant Work Experience:

Worked in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of QS 9000 & Aerospace AS9100 Quality Systems. Ability to communicate in English via written and spoken words. Ability to read and interpret engineering instructions. Minimum 6 months in current role. Must be able to complete multi-task with minimal direct supervision. Desired Competencies Knowledge of the Lean Manufacturing /Six Sigma methodology is a plus. SAP/MRP system experience is considered a plus. 3 years equivalent experience in regulated field preferred. #INDT4

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent Pay:

$23.00 – $26.00 per hour
