Quality Control Technician [2 yrs Exp Min] 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Hammonton, NJ 08037 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible inspecting and/or testing products before, during and after the manufacturing process to ensure products align with company and legal standards. This role involves conducting tests, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records to support our commitment to quality assurance and compliance regulations. Responsibilities 1. Review documentation and setups for production runs, including process parameters, in-process logs, packaging requirements, priorities, and quality alerts. 2. Conduct inspections of active production lines on an hourly basis, and record results in compliance with company standards. Ensure finished products meet specifications and/or are followed up on as needed. 3. Complete standard work forms and participate in shift change over at onset and end of assigned shift. Through shift changeover, foster a smooth continuity of production by facilitating the transfer of critical information between outgoing and incoming shifts, minimizing disruptions, maintaining safety standards, and maximizing overall operational efficiency through clear communication about production status, equipment conditions, and any ongoing issues, ultimately preventing delays and potential errors that could arise from a lack of knowledge transfer between teams. 4. Collect, label, and review sample retains of material for quality assurance; follow-up as needed. 5. Routine monitoring and/or measurement of high-risk or sensitive production runs. 6. Ensure non-conforming raw materials and finished products are properly logged, labeled, communicated, handled, and sequestered; disposition, communicate, and execute rework plans. 7. Communicate quality and safety standards and concerns to production personnel, supervisors, and others as needed; and report issues as necessary to Quality Manager or appropriate management personnel 8. Determine or assist with corrective/preventive actions related to process nonconformances. 9. Maintain organization of production run records, QC supplies, and associated work areas. 10. Assist with maintaining downstream production equipment along with inspections related to 5S, GMP, safety, raw materials, plant maintenance, inventory control, labeling, documentation, calibration, and shipping/receiving. 11. Label and track various production-related materials, supplies, and equipment. 12. Liaise with Lead QC Tech and Lab Techs as needed. Skills

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$19.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
