Shop Worker All Vinyl Fencing LLC Hammonton, NJ 08037 We’re seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Worker to join our fencing company in Hammonton, NJ . This role is ideal for someone with fencing or construction experience , or someone ready to learn quickly and jump into a hands-on role. You’ll assist with fabricating fence materials, handling deliveries, running supplies, and keeping the shop running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble fencing materials according to job specs and quality standards Unload deliveries , put away and organize materials in the shop Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and stage inventory (we will train if needed) Run materials to job sites or staging areas as needed Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe Work with the shop and field teams to meet daily goals and timelines Learn to use tools and machines relevant to fencing production

Requirements:

Live locally to Hammonton, NJ – or can commute Valid driver’s license is required Fencing or construction experience is a plus , but we’re willing to train the right person Comfortable using hand tools, power tools , and forklifts (certification is a plus) Able to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the day Must be reliable , punctual, and a team player Willing to follow all safety procedures and company guidelines If you’re looking to join a close-knit team and grow with a company that values hard work, apply today!
